If the wrong item is delivered to you (wrong size or incorrect quantity - 360 degree unboxing video required).
For products to be eligible for return, they must be in the original unused condition. A copy of thepurchase receipt is required for the return and refund request to be accepted.
Call for return must be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery.
Return and refund is not applicable for custom orders
The shipping charges on returns are to be borne by the customer.
Refunds will be processed only after the products are completelyexamined and approvedby our quality control team.
